To commemorate today August 09, National and International Day of Indigenous Peoples, the Ambassador Extraordinary Itinerant of Indigenous Peoples, Cirilo Pérez Oxlaj, welcomes the historical struggles, legitimate force and the Maya, Garifuna Xinka and Guatemala, also extends its admiration to all indigenous peoples of the world, which largely contributed to the conservation and protection of Mother Nature as well as balance and harmony between peoples.
We are in a world where time presents large and complex natural phenomena, but also to stir unrest and threaten the lives of men and women who share territory and roots. Indigenous peoples continue to raise our voice, asking and recommending the cessation of racism and political inequality, economic and social justice throughout the world, mainly inhabited by indigenous brothers and sisters.
For the indigenous peoples of Guatemala, this day is suitable to remember that there is more than a dozen bills in favor of indigenous peoples, which are not echoed, neither political will of parliamentarians, mostly mestizo or ladino descent. But this does not discourage us, because the struggle is not new and our ancestors for centuries endured and overcame various forms of exclusion, exploitation, discrimination and persecution.
We must return to our roots, we must harmonize again with Mother Nature and not destroy it. Indigenous people demand today and every day, peace and harmony in families, the community, between people, in the jungles, mountains and the deep oceans, seas, lakes and rivers.
The time has come when we must see ourselves as beings of equal value, because we share the same sacred elements: water, fire, air and land. We are all sons and daughters of Mother Earth, and her belly she come back to complete our mission on the holy ground and in the community.

I was diagnose April 17,2015 and find out I'm HIV positive.I was scared because there is no cure for HIV/AIDS but today some people still don't believe that there is cure for HIV, it can only be cured through Africans root and herbs,and our doctor's here in USA few of them know about the African herbal medicine can cure Hiv but they chooses to hide it from us just to make a sales of medical expertise.
